                                           Semi-dark wheat flour (type 700
                                           and type 850) is typical bread flour,
                                           mostly used in making bread and
                                           rolls. Its nutritive characteristics are
                                           somewhat better than those of the
                                           white flour due to a higher content
                                           of ingredients originating from the
                                           outer part of a grain, which is richer
                                           in nutritive substances.
